Kingdom Staffing runs permanent placement searches for churches, ministries, nonprofits, and values-aligned businesses. We are based in Louisville and serve employers nationwide.
Our fee is 10% of the candidate’s first-year base salary. If a placed hire does not work out within 90 days, we provide a replacement search under our 90-day replacement guarantee.
