Who we are
Kingdom Staffing is a permanent placement firm based in Louisville. We serve employers nationwide. We started in temporary staffing and moved to permanent placement so the work could be about lasting fits, not short assignments.
Our Christian faith shapes how we serve: we tell the truth, we treat people with respect, we take stewardship of a search seriously, and we aim for relationships that last past the start date. We do not hire only people who share our faith. We look for competence and for integrity, reliability, accountability, and sound judgment.
What we believe
