Our 4-step process:

2. Source — identify qualified professionals nationwide.
3. Align — evaluate capability, experience, and values alignment.
4. Place & support — make the hire with a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Our fee is 10% of the candidate’s first-year base salary. If a placed hire does not work out within 90 days, we provide a replacement search under our 90-day replacement guarantee.
How we assess competence and character
Competence is the skills and experience the role needs, checked in the search and in interviews. Character, for us, means integrity, reliability, accountability, and sound judgment. Candidates may also take an optional work-style assessment so those conversations are more concrete. It does not prove character, and it does not predict job performance.
